I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty that has developed a noise that seems to be coming from the front end, possibly the wheels, though not sure. It is a high pitched whine that occurs in cold weather (20 degrees and lower) at speeds between 62 and 65 miles per hour. try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes then reconnect and try to start it. try to find the 12 volt source to the pcm. if the pcm was not getting power than I don’t think the dash cluster lights would come on. you need a print to look at.
